Bob Roubitchek is President of International Freight Services, Inc. – Wood Dale, Illinois has over 30 years of experience in the international transportation industry. After completing an AIESEC Internship in Porto Alegre, RS Brasil (1975), he earned his degree in International Business from Northern Illinois University (1976).
Upon graduation, Bob joined Midwest Overseas, Inc. where he earned his first job experience in the shipping industry. His areas of expertise included freight forwarding, account management, ocean export, and two years in outside sales. Bob then joined Radix Group International in Chicago (1982) as their Sales Manager, concentrating on territories in the UK, Germany and the Far East.
In 1989, Bob joined forces with Larry McCann to form International Freight Services, Inc. Together; they created a company that is focused on personalized customer service and efficiency. With this approach, IFS maintains long term relationships with its clients, many of whom have referred new business to the company.
In 2004, Bob purchased 100% control of International Freight Services, Inc. and the company continues to be in an upward growth pattern as it had since 1989.
In addition to continuing to grow the company and increase market strength, Bob is actively involved in expanding its market growth in many areas including the Far East and Latin America.
In February 2007, Bob’s dream of expanding into Miami has been fulfilled as he joined with Ms. Gladys Pardo to create this new Miami Company to offer clients and agent/partners the same dedicated service that International Freight Services has provided in Chicago since 1989.

Gladys Pardo is General Manager of Inter Customs Logistics, LLC. – Miami, Florida has over 20 years of experience in the international transportation industry. She has a degree in accounting from Miami Dade Community College.
In 1986 Gladys joined Overcom Trade, Inc. where she earned her first job experience in the shipping industry. Her areas of expertise included freight forwarding, purchasing, air, ocean, import and export freight forwarding. Then in 1993 Gladys joined Customs And Trade Services, Inc in Miami as an Account Executive handling import and export consolidations, and promoted to Export Manager in 2001.
In February 2007, Gladys joined Bob Roubitchek President of International Freight Services to create this new Miami Company to offer clients and agent/partners the same dedicated service that she has provided since 1986 to the transportation industry.
Together Bob and Gladys offer over 50 years of experience and knowledge.
